Visa and Mastercard issued in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Poland and the rest of the EU, Turkey, Kazakhstan, the United Arab Emirates and South Korea.

A card issued in the US, the UK, the EU, Kazakhstan, Turkey or South Korea is billed in US dollars, so your own bank makes the final conversion and may add a foreign-transaction fee. An Uzbek soum card is billed in soum. The total and our commission are shown before you confirm.

How exchange and pricing work

The bill amount and our commission for an international payment appear as separate lines on every quote and receipt before you confirm. PayBills sets its own exchange rate, and that rate includes our margin, so it differs from the Central Bank of Uzbekistan reference rate. The rate we applied and the full total are on screen before you confirm, and nothing is added afterwards.
